MTのスマートフォンオプションで「ページが見つかりません。」

ページが見つかりません。　An error occurs.
だそうです。ハァ~。

mt-config.cgi に DebugMode 1 を設定して、問題のページを表示させたところ、
strtotime(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings.
というメッセージが表示されました。
そこで、
/etc/php.iniに
date.timezone = 'Asia/Tokyo'
を設定してhttpd を再起動したところ、エラーは表示されなくなりました。
